2. Support Donations to Plofolia

Donations made to support Plofolia's operations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Confirmed unauthorized or fraudulent charges
  • Incorrect amounts charged due to a payment error

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Payments to Creators

The following policy applies to payments made for creator content:

  • Once a digital item has been downloaded, refunds are generally not available
  • If content is materially different from its description, report it within 3 days of purchase
  • Payments for infringing content (e.g., copyright violation) will be refunded

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds: 3–10 business days
  • Plofolia covers any refund processing fees
